Representative Experience

 

Ula Janik is practicing in the areas of emerging business, transactions and litigation.

.

Ula spent the first half of 2008 working in Beijing at China's largest law firm, King & Wood, in their Employment & Labor Division.  Ula worked with the group to help review and revise various employment documents such as employee handbooks, employment contracts, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, and termination agreements for the firm's multi-national corporate clients.

 

While in law school, Ula worked for Hoffman Angeli, LLP, a distiguished private criminal defense firm.  Her work included legal research, writing, and discovery review in complex cases covering various areas of criminal law.
